This weekend marks the start of our competitive season as well as our first travel to a varsity football game of our 2022 season. I am currently waiting on details for Friday's pep rally, but I should have more information for members regarding report time, etc. by Wednesday. Below you will find the detailed schedule for the week. Just a reminder that we do not perform our field show at away football games.
Parents - please keep an eye out from Mrs. Ardoin regarding some help we'll need getting on and off the field at our competitive performances. If you have any questions, please reach out!
Tuesday 9/6 (Rehearsal)
5:15p - Doors Open
6-9p - Rehearsal
Thursday 9/8 (Rehearsal)
5:15p - Doors Open
6-9p - Rehearsal
Friday 9/9 (Pep Rally & FB Game @ Toms River North)
Members will need:
Uniforms & black uniform shirt
$$$ for dinner on the way to Toms River North
$$$ for concessions during the game (optional)
1:30p - Pep Rally (additional details to follow)
3:00-4:15p - Rehearsal
4:15p-4:30p - Load buses
4:40p - Depart SRHS, stop for food on the way
6:10p - Arrive at Toms River North
6:10-6:30p - unload, put on uniforms, march to the stadium
6:40p - Seated in away bleachers
9:30p (approx.) - Game ends, change, load buses
9:45p (approx.) - Depart for SRHS
10:15p (approx.) - Return to SRHS, unload, all members are dismissed
Saturday 9/10 (TOB @ Egg Harbor Township HS)
Members will need:
A bagged lunch
$$$ for dinner at EHT
Colored camp shirt & black shorts
Uniforms & black uniform shirt
10a - Doors Open
10:30a-12:30p - Rehearsal @ SRHS
12:30p - Rehearsal Ends, load trailer, eat bagged lunch
1:45p - Depart SRHS for EHT wearing colored band camp shirts & black shorts
2:30p - Arrive at EHT
4:15p - Arrive at performance gate (clinic)
4:30-5:00p - Clinic Performance
5-6:15p - Grab dinner at EHT, change into uniform
6:15-7:15p - Warm-Up
7:30p - Arrive at performance gate
7:45p - Competition Performance
8:30p (approx.) - Awards
8:50-9:30p (approx.) - Bring equipment back to the truck, load, change, leave
10:15p (approx.) - Return to SRHS, unload
10:45p (approx.) - All members dismissed
