Just a reminder that the final season payment for $95 is due, which helps to cover our overnight trip to Hershey at the start of November. Account balances with this deduction are posted in the back of the band room by Student ID number.
Finally, please note that we will be holding rehearsal on Monday, October 17th instead of Tuesday, October 18th because of the Homage to Heroes concert scheduled for the 18th. There will be another reminder on that next week, but I wanted to have it on everyone's radar now. Thank you! Tuesday 10/11 - Rehearsal

Friday 10/14 - FB game @ Howell HS
3:00p - Rehearsal Begins
3:45p - Rehearsal ends, load buses
4:00p (or a few min earlier) - depart for Howell (stop for food on the way)
6:10p - Arrive
6:10-6:30p - unload, put on uniforms, march to the stadium
6:40p - Seated in away bleachers
9:30p (approx.) - Game ends, change, load buses
9:45p (approx.) - Depart for SRHS
10:50p (approx.) - Return to SRHS, unload, all members are dismissed
Saturday 10/15 - TOB @ West Deptford HS (Directions) (Show Lineup)
Members will need:
To eat a good breakfast & lunch before they arrive
A bagged meal (dinner) to eat towards the end of the bus ride

12-2:30p - Rehearsal

3:30p - Depart
5:00p - Arrive at West Deptford HS
7:15p - Warm-up ends, move to gate
7:30p - Gate
7:45p - Performance
9:00p - Awards
9:45p - Depart for SRHS
11:15p (approx.) - Return to SRHS, unload
11:30p (approx.) - All Members Dismissed
