Mini-Camp Wrap-Up

Hello All,

Just a few reminders as we wrap up this week's mini-camp.

  • We will be meeting with members and their parents in the auditorium at 5pm Thursday to review our away camp rules & regulations.

  • All camp bedding (blankets, sleeping bag, pillows, etc) should be brought to Thursdays meeting. After bedding is checked it will loaded onto the truck.

  • Notaries will be on hand to notarize any remaining permission slips. All permission slips must be handed in by Thursday evening.

  • If your child has a specific dietary requirement, please check in with Mrs. Ardoin at our meeting Thursday.

  • Sunday's report time & luggage check will be at 12pm at the HS band room (M-4)

  • Final reminder that show shirt orders are due Thursday August 18th at 11:59pm. Shirts can be ordered here.

The students have been working hard this week and we're all very excited to share our 2022 program with you. Additional details regarding our first performance for friends & family will be available soon.
